A Pastoral Covenant Group (PCG) is a group of six to twelve pastors who covenant to take a pastoral development journey together. The process begins with a Covenant-Making Retreat and continues with monthly meetings where pastors support one another, resource one another, and hold one another accountable in their journey toward excellence.
